Welcome to North Suffolk Psychiatry Scheduling
Thank you for choosing us for your mental health care! We’ve created this guide to help you navigate our scheduling process with ease. Below, you’ll find all the details you need to book your appointment.
Scheduling Your Appointment
New Patients
-
Telehealth Appointments for Medication Management:
We have limited telehealth slots available. You can schedule online with Ms. Jenifer Griffin, PMHNP-BC. If you’d like to book with Mrs. Tenishia Santiago, PMHNP-BC, please call us, as her schedule isn’t online. -
In-Person Appointments for Medication Management:
We’re happy to welcome you at our Harbour View location with Katlyn Tillett, PMHNP-BC, or Dr. Shenell Graham, PMHNP-BC. These can be booked online. -
Therapy Appointments:
Looking for therapy? These appointments aren’t available online yet, so please give us a call to arrange them.

Follow-Up Appointments
-
For follow-ups, we recommend scheduling by phone. Available times may not always show up in our online system, as we prioritize reserving online slots for new patients. Some providers offer telehealth for follow-ups—just check with our office if you’re unsure.
How to Book
-
Pick Your Date and Time:
Select a slot at least 48 business hours ahead to allow time for paperwork and insurance verification. New patient visits require a full hour, so we’ll set that aside for you. -
Wait for Our Confirmation:
Your appointment isn’t final until we confirm it. Look out for a call, text, or email from us. We’ll try multiple times to reach you before canceling, so keep us updated with your contact info! -
Complete New Patient Paperwork:
Once confirmed, we’ll send you forms to fill out. Please complete and return them at least 24 hours before your visit. If they’re not submitted in time, we may need to reschedule.
Preparing for Your Visit
-
In-Person Appointments:
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early to ensure all your information is received and completed before your appointment begins. -
Telehealth Appointments:
Sign in 15 minutes early to your telehealth visit. Find a quiet, private space, set your device to “Do Not Disturb,” and ensure a strong connection. Video is required, and visits won’t proceed if you’re not in a private location or are driving. -
Respecting Everyone’s Time:
We treat all visits—telehealth or in-person—like regular medical appointments, so please set aside the necessary time. Occasionally, you might experience a short wait, just as you would in a doctor’s office. We give each patient the attention they deserve, and while we strive to stay on schedule, visits may sometimes run over. We appreciate your understanding!
